Each piece is prepared with care and shipped thoughtfully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Production Time

Many of our pieces are made to order.

Please allow 7–14 days for production before your order is shipped.

This timeframe refers to the time needed to create your item, not the shipping time.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched after production is complete.

We work with makers in both the UK and Ukraine.
Approximately 90% of UK orders are fulfilled and shipped within the UK.

In some cases, your order may be shipped from Ukraine depending on availability.

All orders are sent using tracked shipping.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

• No additional customs charges for you
• If your order is shipped from outside the UK, we cover any import-related costs

You will never be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.

United States

We aim to ship in a way that avoids additional charges for you whenever possible.

In some cases, we may cover certain costs to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Europe & International

• Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees
• These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility

We always aim to keep the process as smooth as possible and minimise any additional costs where we can.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date):

• UK: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn items in original condition.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

All returns must be sent to our UK return address (provided after your return request is approved).

For international returns:

• The parcel must be clearly marked as a return
• A correct customs declaration must be completed

Any charges resulting from incorrect customs declarations may be the responsibility of the sender.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Due to the delicate nature of knitwear, items must be handled carefully when trying on
• Slight variations in texture, softness, or fit are natural characteristics of handmade and yarn-based garments
