PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what personal information lenafelice.com collects, why, and what your rights are. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Who we are

Lena Felice is a small knitwear business based in England. For data protection purposes we are the data controller. You can reach us at sales@felicedolls.co.uk.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and order details.

When you contact us or use live chat: your name, email and whatever you choose to tell us.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.

If you add items to your basket and enter your email but do not complete the order, we may store that email and basket so we can send you a reminder. You can opt out of these reminders at any time.

Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and how you interact with the site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To fulfil your order, take payment and provide customer service — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.

To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax and accounting.

To send marketing emails, where you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure advertising — these rely on your consent where required.

Payments

Payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe) and, where you choose them, Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number. These providers handle your payment data under their own privacy policies and may carry out fraud and credit checks.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your basket working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.

We use the following third-party services, which may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the effectiveness of advertising and may be used to show you relevant ads. It also sends a hashed version of details you enter at checkout, such as your email address, to Meta for matching purposes.
• Jetpack — site statistics and security

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some may affect how the site works.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary: with our payment providers, with delivery companies so your order can reach you, with our web host and email providers, and with HMRC or other authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information.

Sending orders overseas

If your order is going outside the UK, we pass your name and address to customs authorities and delivery partners in the destination country, as required for the parcel to clear customs.

Some of the services we use are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s own retention period.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access a copy of your personal information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have it erased in some circumstances, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email us at sales@felicedolls.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
